How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be packed within 24 hours and normally shipped the next business day. Australian Domestic
 Post: Typically 1-2 business days. However, due to COVID-19, Australian orders may take up to a week.

Can I track my order?

Yes. An email with your tracking code will be sent when your order is shipped.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the hand poured nature of the products, we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind. However, if your product arrived faulty or damaged, please email us so that we can arrange a replacement product for you.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we do! Simply select local pickup when you purchase your products. We are based in Capalaba, QLD. 

Will you ship to me internationally?

At this stage, we are only offering domestic shipping Australia wide.

Can I place a phone order?

No sorry, we are a 100% online business.

Do you have an organic range?

We use a high proportion of individual organic ingredients when possible and practical but we are not a certified organic skin care brand.

What are the brand features?

Small batch, freshly made skin care products, made in Australia, products contain no synthetic fragrances, colours, parabens, mineral oil, lanolin, sulfates (SLS, SES), 100% vegan ingredients and cruelty free, containing evidence-based phyto-active ingredients.

Why do you use black glass packaging?

As we use high quality botanical extracts and natural preservatives, UV blocking packaging protects the ingredients from UV light damage.

What are other packaging features?

We use no jars in our range to preserve the freshness and potency of the natural ingredients. Products are dispensed using lotion, serum or atomiser pumps. Your order is mailed in recyclable cardboard boxes or compostable satchels.

What are the core products you recommend if I’m on a budget?

A simple two-step skin care routine would include a cleanser and moisturiser, based on your skin type.

Are the products safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Yes.

Are the products safe to use for teenagers?

Absolutely! If breakouts and pimples are a common skin concern, refer to the Oily Skin collection for suitable products.

What if I have a reaction to a product?

To minimise the chance of a reaction to any topical product, it is recommended that you apply a patch test to the inner wrist area for 24 hours prior to use. If you do have a reaction to a product, please discontinue and email us directly.

Is the Gaibor Skin Botanicals Range suitable for sensitive skin?

Whilst the key products developed for sensitive and reactive skins have been carefully formulated to be suitable, everyone’s skin is unique. For people suffering with complex facial conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, rosacea, acne or facial psoriasis, a consultation with Jacqui is recommended so that a customised skin care product and regime can be prescribed for you.

What is the shelf-life of the products?

Once opened, it is recommended to use the products within 6 months.
