If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@gaiborskinbotanicals.com.au and we will be happy to assist you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@gaiborskinbotanicals.com.au immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
